Late Delivery

We understand that deadlines are non-negotiable. If we miss your deadline:

  • No Refund: If the delivery is delayed due to the late approval of the draft by the customer or because of any additional instructions or requirements provided after the order was placed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Partial Refund: If the delay impacts your grade, we offer a partial refund based on the extent of the grade deduction.

Quality Assurance

Our goal is to deliver top-quality academic papers, but if you believe there’s an issue, please let us know.

  • Plagiarism: If your order contains more than 40% plagiarism (verified via Turnitin or similar), we will issue a full refund. Please submit proof of plagiarism.

  • Quality Complaints: If your paper doesn’t meet expectations, contact us within 7 days. If revisions don’t resolve the issue, we’ll offer a partial refund based on the quality failure.

Incomplete Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is incomplete:

  • Notify us right away. You're eligible for a partial refund if we fail to provide the missing content or revisions.

Payment Issues

We understand that payment discrepancies happen. If:

  • You are incorrectly charged or billed twice. Contact us with the details, and we will refund any extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available, as work may have already begun.
